Job description

As our PA & Office Manager, you'll help us in some of the world's most exciting renewable projects. We are a global operating company with 4 offices (Rotterdam, Darlington, Copenhagen and Berlin) and a diverse, multicultural team. We are passionate about our work and love driving innovation to shape a sustainable future. In this role, you make sure our office in Rotterdam runs smoothly, the team stays organised, and the leadership team can focus on their priorities without worrying about the details. 


Anchoring Your Impact: 

  • You make sure our Rotterdam office runs like a well-oiled machine: from organising lunches, planning events to keeping things stocked. 
  • You keep the Senior Management Team, consisting of 3 members, schedules in check. Managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and making sure things don’t overlap. 
  • You take care of emails and correspondence. Whether it’s filtering inboxes, responding to messages, or making sure the right people have the right info, you’re on it. 
  • You stay one step ahead. You spot what needs to be done before anyone asks, solve problems before they arise, and keep things running smoothly. 


You’ve got it:   

  • You are an experienced PA & Office Manager. 
  • You don’t need a specific type of diploma, but affinity with the offshore industry and/or renewables is considered a big plus. 
  • You comfortably speak and write Dutch and English fluently. Other languages are a plus. 
  • You are available for 40 hours per week. 
  • You are quick on your feet, independent and know how to get this done in a timely manner. 
  • You are discreet, responsible and have a great eye for detail.
