QSHE Manager
- Hybrid
We’re looking for a QSHE Manager who ensures that Safety & Quality remains deeply embedded in our culture. Our QHSE manager works both on our internal system as well as external projects.
Job description
Quality, Safety, Health, and Environment (QSHE) and sustainability is in the DNA of Primo Marine and the key to our success in the market. We take pride in creating conditions where everyone can contribute responsibly with a focus on continuous improvement. Our goal is clear: to ensure a workplace where people thrive, risks are minimized, and quality is never compromised. We offer you a fantastic dual role oppertunity; working both internally on our systems as well as working externally for our clients.
As a QSHE Engineer, you help bring our vision to life. You translate policies into practical actions, guiding teams to understand and apply QSHE principles in both project environments and office settings. Through your engagement and expertise, you help strengthen a culture where safety, care for the environment, and high standards go hand in hand.
Anchoring your Impact
External: you will work on global, state-of-the-art projects to advise our clients; owners and developers of sustainable subsea infrastructure projects.
Internal: you manage all matters related to QHSE in our organisation in close cooperation with the whole international team. Included in this work are internal audits, external audits, ISO, Our Centres of Excellence, our Business Management System, Safety committee, Safety Culture Ladder etc.
You coach and facilitate the process and provide training on-the-job and directing of reports.
You provide QSHE knowledge, documentation and deliverables like Risk Management Support (contributing to Risk Assessments, Job Hazard Analyses, revision of Assessments and Analyses).
You provide feedback, report and advise Senior Management to increase QSHE knowledge and awareness by initiating and organizing training etc.
You have a vision on the development and implementation of QSHE policy, programs, and systems.
You are an ambassador, driven by intrinsic values, for the QSHE programs.
You’ve got it
You have 12+ years of relevant experience with offshore installation projects, preferable also in the actual offshore execution of the projects.
You are available for 32-40 hours per week
Your academic (preferable engineering)-level education (or similar qualification) ensures you are the go-to person in your field of expertise; always ahead of the game and constantly on the lookout for more knowledge.
A big plus if you love to indulge yourself in sustainability topics.
Your communication skills? We value them highly. From making a difference in QHSE strategies to smoothly guide the audits, you know how to get your point across and communicate openly.
You like taking initiative and keep your eyes on the prize in order to achieve great results, taking every angle into consideration.
Going the extra mile for the team? You’re the first one to raise your hand.
When a project takes an unexpected turn, you don't panic. You quickly weigh the options, make a plan and adapt.
